To begin the Enrollment process, click on the tabs below to view the forms under each section.  Please complete ALL forms.

Everyone is encouraged enroll through PowerSchool- log into your parent account to complete all forms. Each form will indicate "SUBMITTED" once complete. Paper copies are available below or will be at the school July 23rd during enrollment from 7am to 7pm.
